Todd is absolutely GREAT! From beginning to end his services were second to none. Todd went above and beyond for any and all our needs throughout the choosing of our home process. Hard to believe that he ever sleeps. Let me just say that I am by no means the type of person to falsify any  experience for ratings. If it is not a true statement, I will not stand by it. Todd's relationship with our family felt like we had known him forever. Todd's responsiveness is extraordinary and rare to find. No matter the time, day or not, Todd answered our calls/text with any concerns we had. We have enjoyed him so much through our rental process, that we decided to keep him on speed dial for when we purchase our first home. We will be recommending Todd to our family, friends, and those who take the time out to read this lengthy review :) He is by far the BEST realtor we have ever dealt with. His turnaround time is also IMPRESSIVE. Even more so with the short window he was given to help us relocate. We have nothing negative to provide on this review.
